Welcome to Sweater Hive! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any orders placed with us. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms.

Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Ordering & Payment
✔ Order Confirmation: Orders are binding once payment is processed.
✔ Payment Methods: Bank transfer, LC (Letter of Credit), or other agreed terms.
✔ Pricing: All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless specified.
✔ MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Varies by product (see individual product pages).
3. Production & Lead Times
Sampling: Prototypes require 10-14 days (rush options available at extra cost).
Bulk Production: 6-8 weeks after sample approval (varies by order size).
Delays: Sweater Hive is not liable for delays caused by:
Force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
Client-requested changes post-confirmation
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs: Calculated based on weight, destination, and method (FOB, CIF, or DDP).
Customs & Duties: Buyer is responsible for import fees unless DDP terms apply.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Defective Goods: Replacements offered if defects are reported within 14 days of receipt.
Non-Defective Returns: Not accepted unless prior agreement is made.
Refund Process: Issued within 30 days of approved return.
6. Intellectual Property
Design Ownership: Custom designs created for clients belong to the client upon full payment.
Branding Restrictions: Unauthorized use of Sweater Hive’s name/logo is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sweater Hive is not liable for:
Indirect damages (lost profits, reputation harm)
Product misuse or alterations by the buyer
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Bangladeshi law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dhaka courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
